During the Fifth Transnational meeting of the RECALL project the team of experts make a thorough review of the latest version of the Route Mate application – v. 1.1.4.
The Creative Team of Nottingham Trent University received the important suggestions and comments by the experts and they will be very soon implemented into the new version.

Project meetingsMarch 12th, 2012
During the next two days the RECALL consortium will discuss the last improvements of the RouteMate application (version 1.1.4.) as well as the feedback on the iterative testing from each partners’ country.






The Fifth Transnational partners meeting will be held in Bucharest, Romania in the period 11-14 March 2012. The host partner will be CPPC which will organised the acommodation and the meeting venue of the meeting. The core topics in the agenda will be iterative testing of:
- V1.2: (Console + Usage) – Expert and User Testing
- V1.3 (Plan + Usage + Challenge) – Expert and User Testing (3rd complete set of iterative testing results)
- V1.4 (Plan + Usage + Challenge) – Piloting

The Fourth International Partners meeting was held in Athens, Greece between 17-20 October 2011. The University of Athens was the host partner and organiser of Joint Dissemination event during the meeting. Some of the partners participated through Skype due to incontinence with travelling because of the national strike and dangerous situation in Athens. Besides that the meeting was very fruitful for the project progress. The partners made a thorough expert review of the current version of the Routemate 1.1.2 as well as they tested the new version of the Console. The Romanian colleagues with the contribution of the External scientific evaluator presented a proposal for the testing methodology and its supported tools. The final version will be agreed during the next meeting in Romania, which will be held between 11-14 March 2012 in Bucharest and will be hosted by CPPC.

The Third partners meeting was held in Nottingham, UK in the period 22-24 March 2011. It was hosted by the coordinator Nottingham Trent University who organised very dedicated meeting as well as social activities and accommodation. The main topic of the meeting was the evaluation tools presentation – an Expert review. The partners agreed on the Heuristics/Usability Characteristics for use in Expert Review having in mind the User Testing Methodology using External scientific evaluator’s guide. CPPC presented the first version of the Independent Expert Review and User Testing Forms. As a part of the administrative activities – the partners agreed on the proposed steps by the Coordinator (NTU) regarding the preparation of the Interim report. MCA as a Valorisation Leader presented a short summary report what have been done during the first interim period regarding realised valorisation activities and proposed of a scheme for organisation of the monitoring forms compleiton as well as their related evidence.

The 2nd project meeting of RECALL took take place in Varna, Bulgaria on 23-24 August 2010. The partners make an expert review of the status of all work packages as well as group study exercises regarding the testing of the prototype of the Plan Mode of RECALL Route Mate. They reviewed all features of the application and provided summarised feedback regarding their improvements in accordance with the user-centralised design based on the end user needs.

Meeting at BID premises in Birmingham with entire partnership
The entire partnership met for the kick-off meeting at BID premises in Birmingham (UK) on 7-8 January 2010.
the meeting outlined again the core aims and objectives of the project, while group exercises took place to define dissemination material such as the logo, key words and catchy phrases to descripe the project, etc.
The next meeting is planned to take place in Varna, Bulgaria on 23-24 August 2010.
